Introduction to Basic Irish over 10 weeks covering greetings, basic introductions, basic grammar structure for communication in Irish.

Classes will be based on Irish used in daily life.
Suitable for all.

Classes will be taught in person in the Beehive bar followed by a traditional session.


About your teacher, 

Catriona Ní Ghribín was born and raised in An Choiteann, in the heart of the Gaeltacht in Gaoth Dobhair, she grew up playing music and performing with local musicians from Crannog - who did a lot of work encouraging the language and traditional music Now Catriona has moved from the rural Gaeltacht to the City Gaeltacht in Belfast, where she is based and working on her music with Huartan and various other bands. She now does a lot of work with young people in terms of language and music.
